I always feel at ease doing deep house mixes. Cause i think it focuses more of the sounds rather then the big beats and fast tempo (altohugh unfortunately there is a lack of love for it here in singapore i feel). I think it just gets me in the mood. Layering still abit dodgy at some parts. Its been awhile i did a deep house mix. Its definitely more complex then a tech or house mix in my opinion.

A mix finally!! =). Well this was not the mix i wanted to post up coz im still working on a full hour plus mix that i want to do. I had fun doing this though, i really really did. This mix is very different from the other mixes that i have done. Has lotsa nice basslines and cool interluding vocals that i really like in a track.

This is a very long overdue mix, so first off, a thousand apologies to my tiny man Rudio.

This mix contains a few of my favourite tech and house gems over my years as a dance music lover. Loving the chocolate puma VS axwell mix, looped and layered like mango pudding, as well as rasmus faber’s epic rework of i’m in love...classic man! He’s coming down to velvet underground on the 6th next month, you don’t wanna miss him.

It’s been a while since i did a mix so i am still a bit rusty. Looping and layering is a bitch seriously but what the hey, i had fun doing this! I’m listening to it right now and except for a few minor fuckups, i’m pretty happy with this.

So yeah, tell me what you think of this suicide mix...be a bitch and criticise me, i need it =)

Mr Charlie Mix

This mix has got a subtle start with a funky tune in the end. Deep house vibes that i always enjoy doing. Starting off with "Songful Bird" that has amazing vocals, definitely one of my favourite deep house tracks. "L inconnu Du Placard" in the end is sooo funky and you wished you could sing along if you knew french.

After Sivanesh X last mix i think id rather post a deep house mix so that we have a mix of vibes here. Ive recorded a tech house gem of a mix but i think ill save it for the next post or the post after Haan.

Ok guys i want to keep this blog running but i know its been more then a week since the last mix. The set plan is to post a mix once a week so stay tuned and itll be up soon. Tomorrow night latest.

A deep house mix with nice vocals that just puts you in the mood. Used the vocals on the first track to bring up the second. Pretty happy with the layering with this one. Favourite track here would be Mogane. i think its really versatile and can be used in many mixes. Hope you like the mix. =)
